   5 - 7 nights minimum stay required.
   Rates available for smaller groups (12+ people) on request.
   All Holiday weeks require 10 bedrooms to be rented: Thanksgiving, Xmas and New Year.
   All Wedding Events require 10 bedrooms to be rented.
   Tariffs include: Exclusive private use of Villa Merissa during residency and the services of our in-house staff, including our chef, sous-chef, bartender/waiter, English speaking hostess, housemaid and houseman.
   Tariffs do not include: Tax, air transportation, ground transportation to and from the villa, food and beverage costs, and staff gratuities.
   
  Information and Prices may be subject to change.
  Deposit policy: A 50% deposit of lodging cost is due 10 days after booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
